Shipping Policy

Handcrafted with care – made to order All items in our shop are handmade or hand-finished in Ormond Beach, Florida. Because each piece is crafted individually (or made to order), please allow for production time before your item ships.  Items in stock won't require production time and will be processed & shipped on the next business day.

Processing & Production Time

  • Standard production time: 5–14 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Custom or large orders: 14–28 business days (we will confirm your timeline after you place your order)
  • Rush orders: Available on select items — contact us before ordering to check availability and any additional fees

Processing time begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed. This does not include transit/shipping time.

Shipping Time & Carriers We ship within the continental United States only at this time. We currently use FedEx (Ground, Home Delivery, 2Day, Express Saver, and other services when needed) for most shipments.

Estimated transit times after your item is shipped (business days, not including weekends/holidays):

  • FedEx Ground / Home Delivery — 2–7 business days (most common)
  • FedEx 2Day — 2 business days
  • FedEx Express Saver — 3 business days
  • FedEx 2Day A.M. / Priority Overnight — available for faster delivery (additional cost)

Note: These are carrier estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • For very large/heavy items (cutting boards over 24", live-edge pieces, furniture, etc.), shipping may be quoted separately or require freight. We’ll contact you to confirm before processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the FedEx website or in your Shopify account under “Track Order.”

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) using our standard FedEx account. Please contact us if you need a solution for these locations.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • Damaged in transit: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the damaged product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with FedEx to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost package: If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll open a carrier investigation.
  • Not delivered / significantly delayed: We’ll assist with carrier claims when applicable.

Returns & Refunds Please see our separate Return Policy for details on returns, cancellations, and refunds. Because most items are custom or made-to-order, they are generally non-returnable except in cases of damage or our error.
